About
I write about the patterns that connect natural ecosystems with the way we lead, build, and tell stories. My newsletter Patterns explores what hummingbirds can teach us about investing in top performers, what soil health reveals about organizational resilience, and why the most important leadership skill might be grounding — not grinding.
I'm currently working on a memoir that weaves together family, identity, and the constellations we build to navigate both.
By day, I'm a product executive who has spent years building technology at the intersection of human need and complex systems. I've led teams, shipped products, and learned — over and over — that the best teams work like ecosystems: diverse, interdependent, and resilient.
That experience led me to build the AI Writing Coach Toolkit — an open-source system that turns AI into a thoughtful developmental editor for book-length projects. I built it for my own memoir and now share it with writers everywhere.
I believe the same deep structures show up everywhere — in forests and in boardrooms, in family systems and in codebases. My work is about making those patterns visible, so we can learn from the systems that have been solving these problems for millions of years.
